jgn la marah2 org x tentu pasal.. x puas ati kt servis, jgn marah kt Customer Service tu.. kalo perkara kecik yg bleh setel dlm masa 1-3min pun, bleh jadi lama.
kalo customer service tu bgtau mmg line ade problem, mmg dia akan buat report utk follow up ngan tech ~
bila dibuat nye report tu, pasti ade Report No.
Kalo Customer service tu x bg, customer leh mintak Report no utk rujukan.
Bg kes KuHik ni, Cable Kena Curi (kategori Pending CKC)
Kes ni, biasa nye akan ambil masa yg lama
sbb:
- TM kena identify brape panjang cable kene curi
- Order New Cable
- Contractor nk pegi pasang. * kalo underground cable, lagi payah nk pasang.. sbb nk kena korek balik kan..
paham2 la kan..
Tp kalo cable kena curi, sepanjang tempoh xbleh guna tu, bleh Claim rebet..

aku ckp x perlu pegi TMpoint pn bleh dapat rebate..
slepas case ni selesai.. da bleh buat connection balik ,
customer leh request for rebate.
Juz call 100 > select language > press 2 for internet > press 2 for Billing
*bgtau kt Customer Service tu nk request rebate due to technical issue (cable kena curi)and its already resolved
*kalo leh bg no report technical yg pernah buat dulu tu.. lg baek
sbb lagi mudah info2 yg patut.
* Rebet akan diproses dlm masa 1-3bulan sbb Pihak Pengurusan Kredit yg akan investigate balik pasal kes teknikal issue ni.
* kalo masalah tu berpunca drp TM punya Side, mereka akan approve
*kalo xle wat connection sbb Customer Personal Equipment yg rosak, rebet akan di reject
*kalo nk tau lebih detail, pm je.. xde masalah. free 2 help ~
