CariGold respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

As an online discussion forum, CariGold provides a platform for users to post and share information. CariGold does not actively monitor all user-generated content and may not be aware of content that infringes copyright.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on CariGold infringes your copyright, please provide the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your name, company name (if applicable), postal address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Review Process

Upon receiving a copyright complaint, CariGold may:

• Review the reported content.
• Request additional information from the complainant.
• Temporarily disable or remove content when appropriate.
• Notify the affected member where appropriate.

CariGold reviews each complaint individually and may request additional information where necessary. Notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicative, abusive, or otherwise invalid may not be acted upon.

Repeat Infringer Policy

CariGold maintains a policy for addressing repeat copyright infringement.

Members who repeatedly post infringing content, unauthorized download links, unauthorized streaming links, torrent links, magnet links, or other copyright-violating material may be subject to:

• Content removal
• Account restrictions
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

CariGold reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeated infringement.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification should include:

• Identification of the removed material and its former location.
• Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for resolution of the dispute.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Misrepresentation

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive copyright claims may expose the complainant to liability under applicable laws.

CariGold reserves the right to reject or decline action on complaints that:

• Fail to identify specific allegedly infringing material.
• Do not reasonably identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Target general discussions, news articles, tag pages, classified advertisements, or other content that does not itself infringe copyright.
• Contain materially inaccurate or misleading information.

CariGold reserves the right to preserve records relating to copyright complaints, counter-notifications, moderation actions, and communications concerning alleged copyright infringement.
