bro musti buat technical report utk pastikan yg bro mmg btul2 ade masalah connection..
sbb kadang2 customer x guna 10hari sbb outstation pun dia nk claim rebet gak..
streamyx kan unlimited usage, guna x guna..charge tetap same.
bila technical report tu da closed, baru leh proceed dengan Request for Rebate.
once pihak pengurusan kredit review bro punya request,
dia akan tengok remark drp site technician mngenai masalah connection yg bro hadapi dulu tu..
adakah disebabkan TM punya site or bro punya site.

Biasanye, rebet akan terus masuk dlm bil customer within 1-3months.
sbb bil kuar sbulan skali..
kalo problem tu setel lepas sminggu bil bulan tu dikeluarkan, tgu next mnth bil plak..
biasanya, nk taw result tu, after 3-4week da bleh tau result.
call je balik 100, mintak check REport yg korang buat utk request rebate.
