makan yg hijau sbb kalu yg dah masak @ merah
bijinya tak boleh nak hadam
tu yg kena ulser
 
tapi kan TT, dengar crte if kuat makan pedas, nnt cpat botak n muka pn kuat brmnyk.. btui ka?
 
aku kalo makan pedas sangat nanti berak berdarah...
