Aku pon ade pengalaman kurangkan berat bdn nie..tinggi aku 166 cm je tp berat 78 kg..agak overweight 2..so ape aku buat kurangkan mkn nasik..sehari sekali je..mlm aku mkn kurma atau buah..n lg wat senaman cket2..pas sebulan lebih berat aku turon jd 66 kilo..sekian pkongsian aku heheh...p/s: bunyi cam senang je kan..tp nk lwn nafsu mkn 2 memang mencabar beb..mental kene kuat ha2

ha....btul2 aq respek la sapa2 yg kurus brsenam n jga mkn. Nampak je senang tp payah!!! Kecuali guna ubat2 atau ape2 yg ni merosakkan ada lah. Ada ksan samping di akhr kelak. So tnya hati tanye nafsu...huhuhu.

I also want to lose my weight and I doing all the thing such as dieting, taking salad, exercise regularly, drink more water concentration on walking. But after all this I can not able to lose fat. I seen the above exercise thank for that.
