Good weight loss diets

I believe that your diet is more important than the exercise you do. It doesn't matter if you workout for more than a hour and then wash it down with a glass of coke. You need to watch what you are eating and don't strave yourself. Try to live an active lifestyle.
 
I wouldn’t recommend you to follow any general advises. All the diets are very individual, and you need to take into consideration your general health condition, allergies, food preferences. Maybe it will make more sense to find a good dietologist, who will create a food plan just for you?
 
I believe that diet is more important than the amount of work you put in the gym. You can burn all the calories in the world but if you don't see what you are eating, then there will be no use. You need to eat organic food than processed food and curb out all the junk food.
 
sila buat prep meal..saya buat prep meal selalunya utk 2,3 hari (paling bagus dapat puasa 12-16 jam sehari intermittent fasting)

bersenam sekurang2nya 4 kali seminggu..
