Sebelum ni 62kg tu sebab tengah puasa 🤭

Tapi masih geleber kat oblique.

Takkan nak turunkan berat lagi.

Hehe.. bulking ke boss? 🤭 sy dari bln puasa smpai skrg x weight lifting.. berat xnaik xturun.. mcm tu je.. cuma badan nmpk mengecik sbb xde pump kot..

Hehe.. bulking ke boss? 🤭 sy dari bln puasa smpai skrg x weight lifting.. berat xnaik xturun.. mcm tu je.. cuma badan nmpk mengecik sbb xde pump kot..

Bulan puasa turun 2 kilo walaupun tak lari
Lepas raya naik balik
Lega 😄

Workout base tu memang tak tinggal
Tapi macam tuan cakap la
Bodyweight cukup untuk bagi ada shape
Untuk besarkan memang kena g gym

Tapi bagi saya dh ok badan sekarang
Orang kata syukur 😄

Kalau dah ok dgn saiz bdn skrg, maintain la.. janji senam je.. badan sihat dah ok.. mcm kwn mgkin lpas abis raya la kot baru nak angkat berat blik..skrg ni payah skit.. open house pnye la bnyk.
🤣.. dari khamis mlm smpai ahad mlm tiap2 weekend ada.. smpai 29hb baru clear..
