CISS akan kira bayaran bulanan berdasarkan principal outstanding balance serta terma perjanjian pinjaman berdasarkan bank letter offer...
Kemudian CISS akan buat satu ladger pembayaran bulanan yang baru...
Jika ikut bayaran bulanan berdasarkan ladger yang CISS sediakan akan dapat mengurang principal outstanding balance lebih cepat dari bayaran bulanan yang bank sediakan walaupun tak pernah miss bayar tiap2 bulan...
Oleh itu CISS dapat mengurang interest pinjaman sekurang2nya 30%...
Dengan ini dapat mengurangkan tempoh bayaran balik pinjaman tersebut...
Bila buat bayaran bulanan berdasarkan CISS maka kita boleh check berapa principal outstanding balance berdasar CISS ladger... :">

Kemudian CISS akan buat satu ladger pembayaran bulan yang baru...
Jika ikut bayaran bulan berdasarkan ladger yang CISS sediakan akan dapat mengurang principal outstanding balance lebih cepat dari bayaran bulanan yang bank sediakan walaupun tak pernah miss bayar tiap2 bulan...
Oleh itu dapat mengurang tempah bayaran balik sekurang2nya 30% dari baki tempoh yang sedia...
Bila tempoh bayaran balik dikurangkan maka bayaran interest pinjaman yang dikenakan oleh bank juga berkurangan...
Bila buat bayaran berdasarkan CISS maka kita boleh check berapa principal outstanding balance berdasar CISS ladger... :">
