Aku pernah jadi Unit Trust Consultant dr level UTC hingga la ke Agency Manager..Aku di fired pada tahun 2012 due to conflict with lead aku and the company as a whole..
Now di sini..aku nak listkan beberapa perkara yg mungkin agents boleh jadikan panduan atau iktibar
1. Stop talking, stop showing ROI projection without proper analysis. Please learn how to read technical chart i.e. trend analysis, volume, candlestick chart and then kaitkan dgn stock profile yg fund anda proposed utk buat pelaburan tue..it doesnt mean that bila anda show pocket money tue, the target return is probably something like that but actually not that...it is uncertain..FBM KLCI now at 1800++ points..so do u really think u come in now u can get more return?...think.

Ini yg saya maksudkan dgn technical chart....kalau anda tak faham, boleh belajar...using this masa discussion of any subject matter pertaining to mutual fund investment is a must.. this is a tool that would differentiate between salesman vs consultant
2. Start learning fundamental..jgn baca personal money jer..unit trust fund is benchmarking with stock index..as fundamental heavily influence, so thus the unit trust fund...even stock trader now are seeking information..information is the key.
3. Stop comparing unit trust fund versus ASB...there is no way unit trust fund can stand out loud..
4. Pro actively managed your investor's fund. kalau anda mahir dgn item no.1 dan no.2, then anda akan tahu when is the right time to do switching...bukan buat premature exit. the idea of gradual switch is simply a bad idea if there is no justification to do it. long term investment if it done without proper planning, might as well you guys stick with ASB. This is not a saving account. LOL.
5. Do you understand the term "Top down" and " bottom up" ?. Be careful when you want to recommend regular saving. Both terms are time dependent, directly correlate with market trend. Those will heavily influence ROI..
6. It is true historical fund performance does not indicate future performance. And It is OK showing past performance to consult your prospects. But it is wrong when you said if the market goes up, it will be within this range, that range and those range and so and so..
Part time or full time, it doesn't matter.. the expectation is fund performance and it has nothing to do with how much focus are you in this business..work smart..You guys master the necessity skills, client will come..company kejar sales indeed but you need to put yourself at difference skill set level ... gain trust if the first priority you have to put an effort to, only then sales will come.
