An unsuspecting jogger came across the wreckage of a spaceship camouflaged with rust and moss. Finally, you must have thought, finally someone is getting me off this crazy planet.

This wreck turned out to be the remains of an orbiter belonging to the now-defunct Russian Buran program. Despite its ruinous condition, the sight still awakens a long-forgotten childhood dream.

This abandoned device was found somewhere in the Iowa woods. We suspect it has something to do with feeding deer, or maybe it's where the world gets its blue color.

A concrete slab was found in the forest, partially covered with earth. Aside from the trip hazard, this stone looks like any other. A closer look, however, reveals a message in a foreign language.

The sight of a bicycle with a desktop model of a globe on its back makes us curious about its owner. Where could he have gone with such a booty? How could it be left this way?

In contrast to some discoveries that you make alone in the forest, this one is at least bizarre. A touch of innocent youthfulness. Something that might put a smile on hikers' faces as they hike on.

Time passes slowly in the forest. The forest is an idle spirit and we are just stray thoughts flowing through it. Aside from the transportation needed to get there, experiencing nature is free, but it's definitely worth getting out there once in a while.

A local who got bored one day must have found it amusing sticking pennies into the side of a log. Perhaps he wanted to convey a message to passers-by: good luck on your travels.

It's hard to say what you might find on a forest walk. This Welsh hiker found an unusual object that clearly didn't belong in his area.

From the looks of it, it could be a large tool box with pliers, screwdrivers, and so on in it. Never lose hope of finding treasure someday, dear reader. But why was he hidden so far out in the woods?

These strange metal constructions were found in the forest and looked like wartime gun roofs. On closer inspection we discovered paintings. We suspect that people who are not connected to the grid must live in these structures. We hope whoever took this picture will just leave them alone.

Dead animals were also found near the structures. Possibly the prey of their inhabitants. Apparently the catch looked pretty fresh. That's what you have to do if you don't have access to Uber Eats.

The sight of a T-Rex probably scared this unsuspecting hiker to death. So well camouflaged between the trees, the dinosaur looks quite detailed. With his angry eyes and seemingly razor-sharp teeth, he's certainly life-size.

Rather than panicking at finding herself back in the Jurassic, the hiker caught her breath and snapped a picture. She said there were other structures like this further into the forest.
