kabel problem... dialtone takdak terus... nasib customer service bagus... dah 2 kali tepon aku inform prob tak setel lagi..n bleh claim rebet utk hari2 yg down tuh..

potong ?? tak nak ..coz ada limit...still ngan stimix hehehe

tech department...aku tanya n dia suh kontek billing department n bgtau no report yg diberi..

down aku rasa dlm 4-5 hari dah neh..

bdak tech ***** sket kalo customer tny sal claim..

musti dorang ckp bleh rebet pastu call billing

procedure tu btul, tp dpt x dpt.. lum tentu..

sbb TM akan check connection problem tu dtg dr side mana..


kalo phone no dial tone, biasa nye tu phone cable problem..so tu under TM responsibility ~

nt jgnlupa call billing plak ye utk request rebate.
