Macam mana nak setup kat Bios tu

Salam,

Nak tanya dari otai otai kat sini macam mana nak remove Vista dan install window 7. Kalau boleh tunjuk step by step.

Yang aku buat pada notebook aku adalah pilih Upgrade je, terus bertukar ke Win7, lebih laju, lancar dan aku bagi 5*****.

Oooo hang dok Butterworth ka...aku dok K.Batas je..memang nak pi kat Pacific tu...biasa la tempat tu kan..

Toshiba Protege - ESC ,
Toshiba Satellite 205 CDS - F1,
Toshiba Tecra - ESC then F1 or F2,

Toshiba Notebook [Newer models] -
1. Turn on computer by Holding down power button while pressing the ESC key.The machine will beep, then display:Check System, then press [F1] key.
2. Release ESC key
3. Press F1 key
