You'd be surprised what antics some people come up with while sitting alone in the restaurant for hours. One customer in particular spent four hours watching the people around him, long after he had finished his meal, waiting for the right moment to ask his head waitress if she could give him a quick back rub.

He gave in to her seemingly innocuous request, especially after another waitress let him massage her without much fuss. With her back to this guy kneading her shoulders, she felt really good and relaxed until she felt a sticky wet thing clean her neck. She squealed and pulled away from her unwanted kisses. He left her a hefty tip, apparently to buy her silence about her transgression.

The fact that it was daytime didn't deter a drunk customer from wanting to come in and ask for the hottest girl to sit next to him. The truth is that she didn't look so bad until the waitress noticed that she was taking some pills out of a Ziploc and swallowing them.

That's when the real grossness started. She started talking about his beautiful body at first, and then started describing all the things she would do to him, letting his imagination run wild and spouting profanity before the manager had to ask her to leave.

Suddenly, an older man grabbed her hand during one of his shifts. Staring through her soul with lustful eyes, this nasty old man earnestly asked her the price of her body.

A group of local business executives from different companies decided to get together and bond at Hooters. Reddit user alfredbester was among them and told the story of how one of the boys' behavior that night lowered their spirits.

Suddenly, without provocation, one of the businessmen began to insult a waitress who had just put on lipstick, referring to her as "lady of the night" but in more explicit terms. They quickly silenced this guy and asked him to leave. The group apologized to the waitress and left her a $20 tip.

Most waitresses don't give their full name to customers, but that doesn't stop them from being harassed, followed out of the workplace and tracked through dark parking lots by oddballs trying hard to find out where they live.

Even with just a first name for information, some obsessive customers are willing to do the legwork and seek out Hooters waitresses. They chase them on social media and relentlessly send them unsolicited messages. It must be exhausting for the waitresses.

She got tired of rejecting men who thought she was flirting with them. Often these men became aggressive and disrespectful when she tried to straighten them out. There were also awkward encounters with wives who suspected something was wrong and confronted her at her workplace. She also had to deal with overzealous teenagers who came back again and again, and bosses who scrutinized her too much. All in all, it sounds tough!
