Trade On NEWS..

US data is all USD positive, CPI at core 0.2% suggests inflation remains persistent and the core YoY level is not going to fall back into the Fed's comfort zone( below 2.0%) much before late Spring. The stronger housing data, while undoubtedly helped by very mild Dec. weather, works to ally fears further that housing weakness will affect the broader economy. Lower jobless claims also point to still solid labor market conditions.

sekian... hati2 kot ada whipsaw... USD data strong;)

Strategy:
Straddle with OCO
Sekiranya deviation = 0, biarkan hit salah satu stop order.
PA=10 TP=20 SL=10
Hopefully korang dah dapat banyak profit right now..
I'm out after 5 minutes.

See.. walaupun deviation = 0, market tetap bergerak banyak.
Faktor deviation dah diketepikan dalam CPI
Last month, cuma perlukan 15 saat untuk trade CPI dah hit 35 pips.

Trade ISM Index, Retail Sales, Trade balance dan CPI kesemuanya sukses (NFP hilang connection).
I rest my trade today. Enough for this month.
Good luck all.

Alhamdullillah.. Dapat jugak malam nie..

Ikut direction PPI semalam..

Aper komen untuk NEWS 11.00 nanti.. Uncle Bernanke nak berucap tu..

biasa kalo uncle bernanke cakap ade big wave.... tapi kemana agak2nye, hehehe ....

Kalau ikut pemerhatian saya lah.

Straddling tak berapa sesuai lah, kerana trade speech lebih bersifat long term.
Kena study strategy Rob Booker trade NFP long-term ni.

Kalau sesiapa main technical.. Ngan NEWS pun.. Aku tgk susah betul GU nak break x.xx50.. EUR/USD pulak susah betul nak break x.xx00..

:D ;)

p/s: No kramat.. x.xx00 , x.xx25 , x.xx50 , x.xx75

Fed Chair Bernanke is set to address the Senate Banking Committee at 1000EST. His subject will be the long-term fiscal challenges facing the US. A prepared text will be released at the start of his appearance. It's difficult to imagine that this subject can be anything other than dollar negative, so the question is how much will markets react to it overall, given it's long-term, overarching nature. Only if Bernanke comments something along the lines of Greenspans observation that foreign funding of US deficits can't continue forever do we expect to see a major reaction. We look for USD/JPY and JPY-crosses to continue to be the main short-term drivers, with the key now option defense of 121.75 level.

whipshaw....... atas bawah dia makan...hehe
