PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia must achieve the target of 37% skilled workers by 2015 in order to become a developed nation in 2020, Human Resources Minister
Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam said.
At present, the number of skilled workers in the country at 23% is very small compared with
developed countries, he said.
“We have to follow countries such as Germany which has 80% skilled workforce, Finland 58% and even our neighbour Singapore with 52% skilled workers,” he said at the launch of the SkillsMalaysia campaign here yesterday. In line with this, he said the government under the 10th Malaysia Plan has allocated RM500 million for the new 1Malaysia Scheme to give out funds for workers to increase
their skills between 2011 and 2015.
“The huge allocation would benefit at least 38,000 workers who would be able to strengthen their knowledge and skills to meet future job market needs,” he added.

Bagi yg brminat nak jadi pensyarah tapi result x brapa baik pada waktu 1st degree, better join gomen masuk kump P&P. Lepas confirm 3 tahun, apply buat Master. Lepas habih Master, keje dulu 2 tahun. Then, apply pulak PhD. Habihh 4 tahun, dpt title DR..kerjaya dan kenaikan pangkat lebih cerah. Bole minta posting kat mana2 agensi training gomen yg bersesuaian dgn tanggaji dan pangkat yg menarik..Good luck.

p/s: anggaran umur mula keje 24, dpt DR 35..JUSA mungkin awal 40an kalu ada rezeki.
