the service provider would be bound to render service as per:
Lorry:
Providing 10 wheeled registered lorry with service permit, with tilt soil bucket for transportation of soil and earth matter. Each lorry transporting capacity must meet standard requirement as imposed by Benta Holding Quality Control.
Driver:
Driver with license and permit. Document required:
a. 4 photos of drivers
b. 3 copies of lorry permit/ownership document
c. 3 copies of driving license/IC and working permit
d. Driving license is not mandatory.
Maintenance:
Lorry maintenance for the whole period of contract
Job Scope:
Transport soil and earth matter as required in the range of 8-10 km per way, 16-20 km for a round trip
Trip:
Daily trip for a maximum number of 15 trips commencing at 0800 to 1700 daily
Working day:
One off-day would be granted to the service provider per week
Contract:
Renewable on a year to year basis, commencing from the date that would be stated in the signed and sealed agreement.
Company would be bound to provide:
Fuel:
provide fuel for lorry use for site services rendering.
Depot:
provide depot for lorry and its security
Miscellaneous:
prepare accommodations, daily rations and transportation to and fro site for lorry drivers
