RE : TO RENT LORI HANTU FOR LCCT PROJECT, SEPANG SELANGOR.


A. Advanced Payment: RM9,700.00 per lorry during signing agreement.

B. Rental: Monthly rental RM9,700.00 per month (26 days)

C. Working Hour : 8.00 am-5.00 pm

D. Overtime : RM45.00 per hour

E. Delivery To Site: RM1,000.00 per lorry for low loader fees for mobilizing tipper to be bear by hirer

F. Payment: Every 2 weeks (RM4,850.00 per lorry) top up system

G. Break down: Lorry break down no deduction of hours unless it takes More than 24 hours to repair.

H Maintenance: Owner to provide
I. Workshop: Hirer to provide
J. Accomadation: Hirer to provide
K. Parking: Hirer to provide with 24 hours security
L. Diesel: Hirer to provide
M. Period Of Contract: 1 year
N. Carriage: 22-25 tonnes per lorry
O. Commodity: Red earth & sand (no rocks)
P. Quantity: 100 units
L. Repair: In case of breakdown due to overloading cost of repair to Borne by both parties.
