Sergey Mayzus - Personal Thread. HOW-TO

Hello Mayzus,
You can do anything within your power as top leader in a city in your country Rusia. I also want to know the results because i am not owner of the TradeViewForex. I'm just a representative/IB for Malaysia trader. Sorry, i do not fight with you and i didn't call this a war like you think. But, you can't just say a broker a scam without doing any research first. They has been established many years by serving US and Canada citizen. Now, what i understand is.. they're expand their business by opening offshore division to offer something that NFA won't allows. That's why, their offshore division have regulated under FFMS and PolyReg to run their business.

Please try to understand the difference between broker that want to do business and complete scam! It is not the same. Unregulated can just disappear with your money and noone will be responsible. They have financial bodies monitor their activity and they also need to follow the rules. The fact is, regulated forex broker can not disappear and management of the company is responsible for any failure by the law.

Right now, look like you're an owner of Forex Broker that afraid of competitor and trying to interfere into something that is not wihthin your scope of work as owner of UWCFX, shareholder of Forexhunt, Instaforex, Liteforex and few other brokers.

I don't care who you are, and i don't care what is your position in your Rusia country because i work for living here not related to you in any way. But why in the earth, you posted something which is not related to your company and claim other company is a scam?

I am just a person want to do business and provide a regulated forex broker for my community here. If you think this is a problem with you.. then you can do anything you want.

Enough said from me..

.

This problem come from you... I answered to the question of your friend, you decided to fight with me. Finally, I decided to show to all of your community that my first post was true.

Once again, I'm sorry and hope this price will be sufficient for you. I never knew tradeviewforex or boston merchant financial before of your intervention.

Once again, sorry... And please be ready to pay price arranged.

I'm sorry to post this, as I do enjoy the sidelines. But I must first prevent this community from being heavily misguided.

Firstly... Regulation of any form of major regulation, be it FSA, CYSEC NFA whatever, only regulates business activity. For instance, it only makes sure you pay taxes, pay staff, don't money launder etc.

It does NOT and will NEVER insure client funds. Banks can insure client funds on behalf of brokers sure. But no broker.. This is in response to this

""Hello.

This depends on the jurisdiction of the regulation. For example - if the broker have a license from Mauritius - AKA Global Business License, your funds are completely not safe.

For the European Union regulated brokers there is an EU directive named MiFID. This directive requires a broker to be a member of the Government Investors Compensation Fund.

United World Capital is a member of the Cyprus Investors Compensation Fund, which guarantees the safety of client's funds providing insurance for up to the amount of EUR 20,000 ( aprox$30,000) per each individual investor in case of the company failure (bancrupcy).

More information on the Investors Compensation Fund might be obtained in this document: http://www.uwcfx.com/downloads/inves...ation_fund.pdf

Secondly, operating a broker which retains funds in a local account for the purpose of speculative trading WITHOUT government authority in Malaysia IS ILLEGAL. Soliciting clients from said country without permission IS ILLEGAL. Therefore, what is being done in this thread, instaforex thread and other broker threads, is illegal.

Thirdly, it appears that in some of the posts here, there is a hidden agenda. Having done thorough broker research in my time trading fx I can assure you that poltekfx and fxopen are not the same company. FXCompany and fxopen are not the same company. masterforex and all of the above are not the same company. Infact, the only person who is hiding behind new 'shell companies' is the thread creator himself. REDFLAG....

Finally, having just read this entire thread, I have come to the conclusion that alot of the posts done by the thread admin, have been posted whilst under the influence of something, be it alcohol, drugs, whatever. His english clearly has changed compared to usual, and aggression rises, this is an obvious case of substance abuse.

Further to this, the thread owner has only started preaching 'regulation' in cyprus since it became a new requirement. On top of that, all his other companies are what the experienced traders label ''offshore bucketshops''. The proof is in the pudding, trading volume sizes are non market, hence internally traded only.

Actually this reminds me a fair bit of a previous instaforex thread, where you ask a simple question re: instaforex and you get an answer about another company in a bad manner and bad english.

To my malaysian friends out there, my advice would be to stay away from anything affiliated with this person.

Regards.

I want to ask you one easy question - who is doing whom? - Klimenko Pegasov, or Pegasov Klimenko?

Yah... not so easy question, right?

not sure I understand what you mean, nor do I know who you are refering to.

But what I do interpret from your conversation is some sort of sick fantasy I believe. Something that I'm sure the people of Malaysia do not enjoy themselves.

Remember that these sorts of things are ILLEGAL in their country, and against their religion, I'd strongly suggest you not bring such fantasies to the publics eyes.

Further to that, have a southern comfort and coke, my shout. Seriously though, I'd seek help, because this sick fantasy world is somewhat disgusting.

Did you mention to the people its illegal for you to carry out such business whilst being a member of local government in Russia? So which is the lie?
