Malaysia My Second Home Program (MM2H) is one of the most attractive long term stay visa program that has come across in Asia. There are many reasons why Malaysia is an excellent choice to retire and to make it as second home. For instance, it offers people from all over the world to enjoy good services, infrastructures and relatively lower cost of living which everyone is looking for.
This program is open to all citizens of countries to come to Malaysia together with their family (spouse and children who are unmarried above and below 21 years old). Foreigners who are married to Malaysians are not eligible for MM2H program but may apply to stay in Malaysia under "Spouse Program".
MM2H Benefits
1 You will get a 10 years Social Visit Pass and Multiple Entry Visa (renewable every10 years), this will eventually give you a lifetime easy access to the country.

Unlimited purchase of properties and can apply a housing loan with bank. If the MM2H Participant decide to sale the property they will not be any Property Gain Tax impose. Applicant can apply up to 80% housing loan.

Going school children will be giving student pass to further their study at International School, Private, Colleges and Universities.

You can enjoy a luxury lifestyle at a fraction of the cost. It is the cheapest and very affordable place to retire early.
