keje aku kait2 sket la ngan ko punyer position ni..tp aku support utk Microsoft Exchange Server..utk company2 yg purchase license through company aku..so ape yg aku rasa ko akan buat..mostly ko akan perform maintainence maybe sekali setiap bulan kat site client company ko..pastu ko kena stay alert la..jika call masuk dari client utk solve masalah yg berkait ngan company ko nyer servis in case mcm company ko atm machine kan?so kalo atm machine broke down ke ape..ko maybe assist diaorg by call ke..or ko sendiri turun site g solve..gitu la kot..kalo salah xtau..ehehehe
