Role: Freelance IT Support Technician/ Engineer - Hybrid
Job Location: Nationwide (NIOSH-TM CARD REQUIRE)
Job Description: We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be able to respond to service requests as needed.
This role requires a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Provide on-site IT support to clients.
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
-Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
-Respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs.
-Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
-Experience in IT support or a similar role.
-Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-NIOSH-TM CARD REQUIRE
Payment:
• Rate: RM 60 - RM 100 (per job/ ticket)
