Masalah FXOPEN dan *******!

Ok, I have a report from technical department that the orders executed during the wrong price were fixed. Once again, FXOpen is sorry for the troubles happened.

Fxopen, at first you said your datafeed is from SAxo. But when Izery said he's using Saxo platform, suddenly you said you data provider from 100 sources... We're your customer, can you be transparent with us??

btw.. how do you treat if the problem like this..

let say I open sell GJ @ 213.00.. set TP @ 211.00..
then price moved to 212.. and i set the SL @ 212.50..

then spike happen up to 213.00 which in normal it didnt happen..
then as we can see the price already go down below 211.00 which my sell order should already hit TP but in your server already hit the SL.. and price now is 211.32..

my question is.. which one u considered for this? SL or TP?

The orders which were closed by spike will be reopened.
The orders which were opened by spike will be deleted.

So in your case order will be closed by t/p.

hehe ada org suka ngan broker spike manjang mmg expert trader la nih.. langsung tak kisah.. pehh best la ko.. esok lusa jadi lagi.. then dia fix lagi kan? ooh macam tu.. bestnyer... minggu depan tu ada lagi jadi nanti.. then dia fix lagi kan.. ohh sabarnye ko.. best best..

Tapi...mcm ni la...sesiapa pun berhak untuk trade kat mane2 broker pun. Kalau rasa broker ni tak sesuai, boleh trade kat broker lain. Bagi aku, so far aku takde masalah dengan broker ni, so aku trade kat sini. Bagus atau tidak sesuatu broker tu adalah hak individu untuk menilai.

Aku jugak pernah trade kat NF dan MKTV. Ada jugak masalah...bukan semua perfect.

Mana broker yang aku tak pernah guna, aku tak condem walaupun aku baca juga masalah broker tu kat forum. Sebab aku sendiri tak pernah trade kat situ. Jadi tak adil untuk aku beri pendapat.

Lagipun, aku trade kat sini sen2 aje....peace
