Masalah FXOPEN dan *******!

Salam,

Benda ni bukan baru, jadi tujuan pembukaan post ni bolehla sama-sama kite bincang tentang masalah yang ada dan kita sebagai trader ataupun customer berhak mendapat jawapan dan penerangan sebelom terlambat.

Ini bukan pengalaman pertama benda ni jadi gini. Sebelum ni pon dah pernah mengalami benda macam ni menyebabkan akaun tiba-tiba je langgar stoploss.

Harap dapat penerangan dari orang-orang yang berkenaan kenapa jadi camni dan benda ni bukan sekali dua berlaku...banyak kali.

Kita dok penat laa belajar dan cari ilmu untuk hasilkan keuntungan dari forex... yang depa ni pulak dok senang-senang je kaut keuntungan camtu je. Sampai bila nak camni??

harap pihak-pihak berkenaan ambik berat tentang masalah yang kami semua hadapi ni dengan serious.:-?

P/s : saya ada juga baca di beberapa forum international dok kata broker-broker ni ada backoffice yang leh kawal depa nye client order dan kawal graph... boleh ke? ada sapa tau?

Ada laa 2 position tiba2 je langgar SL. Pastu ada 2-3 orang lagi kat ******* pon menghadapi benda same. Sebelum ni penah camni gak, tapi tak penah lak nak claim sebab masa tu tak tau masalah ni hanya kat fxopen nye server.... huhuhu kalau nak tau, semua pair kat fxopen/******* spike tadi...

Why didn't you send request to finance department before posting scam reviews ?
It will be checked now and incase the price was wrong it will be fixed (lose orders and profit orders will be canceled).

since this problem already spread to most of the forumm..
why not u give us some explaination regarding this problem..
he claim that he also a spike victim.. but he's account had been closed without any explanation..

I will do that soon. i'm posting here to discuss about this matter. And this problem already happened many times. Hope it will get your attention and avoid repeating the same problem.

Spikes are happening time to time, this is Forex. Those spikes were provided by one of the banks from which we take quots (if you will check you will see that it happened with several pairs, not just one). In next 10-20 minutes all orders executed during the spike will be fixed. Sorry for the troubles happened.

This account was closed by security department. The reasons were givven to the trader by e-mail and we will not discuss it in public forum. Also, do not worry, total profit withdrawn by user was bigger than his deposit.
I am sorry, I can not post the whole story in public forums just want to say, that nothing is done without serious reason.
