Assalam, normally if i go to any FAST FOOD restaurants especially and i felt that the food (normally its food to be compared to services, malas nak complain too much though) is not up to the value, i biasanya akan terus request for an exchange (biasanya request for an exchange because the food handling and presentation fail or its not the same as what we seen on the menu). Hey, it's fast food... hehehe come on lahhh

Btw we have the rights, use our rights, and it's allowed, x salah pun... Jangan takut...
