kadar opr dinaikkan????

opr bukan blr... tapi mempengaruhi turun naik blr... itu yg aku tau laaa... klau salah tolong betul kan

X slap opr nie mcm guideline kepada bank dalam menentukan kadar blr. Kalo OPR naik kpd 2.25 maybe BLR akan naik kepada 2.50

Maybank Raises BLR To 5.80 Pct

KUALA LUMPUR, March 8 (Bernama) -- Maybank is revising its Base Lending Rate (BLR) from 5.55 per cent per annum currently to 5.80 per cent per annum effective tomorrow.

The Base Financing Rate (BFR) of Maybank Islamic Bhd would similarly be revised from 5.55 per cent to 5.80 per cent, Maybank said in a statement on Monday.

Maybank President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Seri Abdul Wahid Omar said the interest rate revision was based on the recent adjustment in the Overnight Policy Rate.

"We expect to see better growth from our core business segments, leveraging on the improving economic environment and as more customers take advantage of the diversity of our product and service offerings," he said.

The last time Maybank and Maybank Islamic changed their BLR and BFR respectively was on March 2, 2009 when the rates were revised from 5.95 per cent to 5.55 per cent.
 
CIMB Bank to raise BLR, deposit rates by 25bp

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Bank Group will raise the base lending rate by 25 basis points for loans and deposits following Bank Negara's recent decision to increase the overnight policy rate by 25 basis points to 2.25%.

CIMB group chief executive Datuk Seri Nazir Razak said on Monday, March 8 details of the rise in BLR and deposit rates would be announced later this evening.

CIMB Bank also forecasts its loan growth at 12% this year, up one percentage point from 11% last year.
