1. IT system engineer(network)
Network /Security /IT Projects
Duties and Responsibilities
• RR Local Area Network /Wide Area Network
• Performs the installation ,maintenance, troubleshooting of data network equipment as engineered and designed.
• Develops relationships with all Divisions and establishes communication a required to assure that network and systems expansion ,RR projects are completed on time and within cost estimate as appropriate.
• Responsible for the process providing appropriate access to and ensuring the availability, confidentially and integrity of business information and RR IT resources.
• Responsible for managing and supervising the execution and use of security measures to protect IT resources and data.
• Responsible to maintain ,support and assist in the administration of security standards and procedures for all network environments, PC and Server based applications.
• Facilities strategic planning and recommends courses of action for improvements and supporting RR IT infrastructure.
• Integrates ,facilities, coordinates and manages all activities related to planning and implementation of IT projects throughout the entire life cycle.
• Interacts with Contractors in identifying project requirements and resolving the conflicts.
2. IT system engineer(server)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, manages and implements server storage and network infrastructure solutions.
• Contributes to the overall alignment of Network/Security/IT Projects group and Application Development and Database group.
Active Directory administration (Create ,delete and modify AD accounts groups and permissions)
• Administration of email accounts, mail lists and mailboxes configuration on Exchange Server.
• Creates and updates documentation for all server installation, test and backup logs.
• Responsible for Disaster Recovery Plan and develops disaster recovery strategies.
• Develops requirements and guidelines for disaster recovery and business continuity plans and test all elements of the plan to ensure effectiveness.
• Plan, design and performance tuning of Storage Area Network to maintain data quality and availability.
3. Database Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities
• Analysis major system applications and identify technical requirements to solve company needs in a cost effective manner.
• Responsible for system requirements development, test case development and execution.
• Interacts fully with end-users, throughout the development life-cycle, including: requirements gathering, testing, implementation and production support.
• Perform review and revision of existing programs and systems to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
• Involved in the analysis ,design, development and maintenance of enterprise database models.
• Creates , maintains and supports the infrastructure which stores critical data for the Company.
• Ensure databases are secure and efficient for best performance.
• Designs databases for recovery ,high availability, performance and maintenance and monitors the standards, procedures, integrity and integration of data.
• Support and maintenance of existing refinery applications (ex.(EDMS, LIMS, RAMPAS.BO)
4. Sr IT system engineer
Candidate should have to handle the servers, networking and database
