How did you accept registration with someone have unclear identity?
If you can receive e-gold from someone like that, why not erlan can`t withdraw from you?

it took only a few bytes just for the address...why is it so hard to put it in your current website?your office telephone number also couldn't be reach before erlan's statement....really mess with it isn't it?

It occay if i'm not trading in with ur company but we r not people that will just smile when saw our own race or friends being cheated. I hope you can understand it. So It was taboo to me for somebody that is in warning status like your company coz Erlan issue. We wanted to know the truth, it a normal human feeling.

1) I think you never trade with our company and do not know rules. Documents shuld be sent before the 1st withdrawal. Incase we believe that documents are fake we have the right to freeze account for further investigation.
2) We do not have money of the person named "erlan"
3) Even if we have money , "erlan" can not do any withdrawal as he/they was using fake documents, account would be frozen for an investigation.
Please read erlan.info again - fake adress, fake documents, no way to open position of 150 lots, strange activity, isn't it a bit suspicious for you, or this is normal client's activity, what do you think?

Yes, I support it.
I think address is an important information for customer. Like in food Expired Date is needed for customer.
