so many time spike happen. plz to fix it.u said want to fix it but until now "just promise"

At the moment there is no any spike left which should be fixed. Incase any will happen in the future it will be fixed fast.

Incase the spike happened it will be fixed during the hour after it happened so most of the people will not even have time to send e-mail to finance department. People who not active on the forums send requests to e-mail or use LiveChat to check for the situation.
It is impossible to avoid spikes but we are working do decrease amount of them.

is it like mission impossible? what is your action to prevent this to happend again next time? actually why spikes happened many time at FX open? :-?

i dont have any trades on that time @ FxOpen..
what i know is.. i can still see the spikes which u claim already fixed..
in this case.. people who did not read in forum that said the spike is invalid.. saw that the spikes is still there in platform.. will think that is a valid spike...

What you need is to make right click on the charts and choose "Refresh". It was fixed long tim ago. Check screen from micro account.
