I emailed FXOpen about the fee charged and if it could be used for paypal. This was their reply..

Hello,
we provide visa cards for the clients with deposits from 3,5K USD by
request for free(except corier shipping expenses). For others visa card cost
is 50USD + corier shipping expenses 100USD(optional).

The issuing bank of the VISA card is offshore bank. Fees for ATM
withdrawals is 2 USD per transaction if you requesting US dollars from ATM.

P.S. You can use it for paypal.

Sounds good eh... Faster, cheap and easier withdrawal. Good for those who travel often.

Dear haQ,
I think there is no need to discuss regulations and laws of Malaysia in this thread, as it was mentioned before - company is registered out of Malaysia and works under the law of Seychelles and fully certificated out of Malaysia. Any person can open an account and trade it via internet which is not against Malaysian law (or any law).

sorry to quote the message that has been sent a few months ago..It sound 'great' that fxOpen is certificated out of Malaysia, and yes Malaysian can open an account an trade via internet without have to worry about any law....And 'great' that fxOpen provide local deposit for Malaysian.

But the problem is, no one in Malaysia is allowed to collect depositors money..on behalf of the broker...strictly not allowed.... and i think fxOpen has done something wrong against a law applied in malaysia....

Hello WnB,
Thanks for your importnat question.
I would like to notice that ******* is an official representation of FXOpen company and our relationship are documented ( partnership contract ). So the whole process is bit different from the direct deposits collecting via local bank. As a separate representation ******* collect (or pay) money from the Clients but has own rates to deposit, own fees. So, FXOpen is not getting direct deposits from the Clients, FXOpen get money from *******. Definatelly FXOpen do not want to do anything against the Malaysian law and want to notice that FXOpen have started consultancies with Malaysian lawers to find the way to make whole operations open and clear and easy understandable.

Regards, FXOpen manager.

Thank for your fast reply..for your information i am looking such agreement that protect investors/traders side... not your side or ******* side...Depositing for investors/traders from malaysia is done through *******..a fxOpen third trusted party and both of you are bind in an agreement... what will happen to investors/traders money in ******* accounts if something happen to *******? Such as..if ******* breach the agreement between both of you, or lost his mind, or maybe die (just for an example)? Is there any protection from fxOpen that ensure the money is credited into traders/customers accounts?

Hello Wnb,
I want to say that FXOpen have to be sure in the Partners thats why last months our representatives have visited Kualal Lumpur to meet with ******* representatives. I believe that this kind of situation will not happen at all, but incase of this kind of situation (force-majeure) FXOpen will be responsible for Clients/Investors money deposited to accounts under *******.
