he said many order not executed when he using expert advisor at fxopen broker. besides, volatality demo server with live server exactly not same.

Ok, thanks for translation.

I can say, that Demo server and Live server are bit different.
1. Volatility of Demo can be more than Live server. Incase of spike or wrong quots happened our technical team will check it and fix on Live server only.
2. I do not know what kind of the EA person is using, but most probably it is EA which trying to place trades during the major news time during high price moves. In this case I can advise several things: place order before or after the news, add deviation level to 1-3 pips to avoid requotes.

If the person still think that something wrong with trading account he/she can contact [email protected] providing account's number and explain problem he/she facing. Also, can contact regional representation and explain the problem.

This is true.
For the clients with accounts over 3500 USD (free off charge) + shipping or 50$ fee + shipping if account is below then 3500 USD.
