i dont have any trades on that time @ FxOpen..
what i know is.. i can still see the spikes which u claim already fixed..
in this case.. people who did not read in forum that said the spike is invalid.. saw that the spikes is still there in platform.. will think that is a valid spike...

Please inform how the charts looks like after refreshing.

how about ppl who didnt realize that the spike happen? is that their own problem?

If order was closed because of spike ( lose or profit) it will be reopened and executed by normal price. So this people will not indicate any difference in the order.
For example. You have BUY GBP/USD from 2.0000 with t/p 2.0100 and s/l 1.9900 . Then spike to 1.9800 happened and position was closed by stop lose, but this price never happened normally and after some time price reached your t/p 2.0100 . So, this position will be reopened and closed by your t/p . Normally it is done during 1 hour time.

What you need is to make right click on the charts and choose "Refresh". It was fixed long tim ago. Check screen from micro account.

No, no one will block anything. Actually I will make a screenshot of izery account and show that there is no problem.
