"The Campaign shall commence from 1st October until 31 st December 2019 and customer will enjoy the monthly waiver on recurring basis from the date of activation of service until 31st December 2019 (“Campaign Period”) only.

For new application, unifi minimum contract period is 24 months and the waiver for the monthly recurring charges will be reflected in customer’s first TM bill upon successful activation.

For existing unifi customers, the current unifi contract period will be renewed to 24 months by either applying to maintain, upgrade or downgrade the current unifi plan and thereafter qualify to enjoy the Campaign upon service activation. The waiver on the monthly recurring charges will be reflected in the next or subsequent TM bills depending on the activation date.

However, customer still need to pay the pro rate charges of the current unifi plan before the activation date. Details of the applicable charges will be reflected in TM bill."

apa maksudnya prorate? untuk existing customer yang masih ada contract ker? so kena prorate baki kontract tersebut untuk renew 2 tahun lagi? camtu ka?

prorate maksudnya, contoh .. ;

a. tarikh tetap bil adalah 01hb setiap bulan
b. seseorang pelanggan itu berdaftar / melanggan pada 20hb dan pemasangan dilakukan pada 21hb dan talian aktif
c. jadi dari 21hb hingga 01hb (12 hari) di kira pro-rate atau pro-rata
d. amaun untuk 12 hari tersebut akan diambil kira / dicampur dalam bil yang akan datang

dlm kobtrak 2 thn x boleh terminate tapiboleh upgrade/diwngrade melalu TMpoint atau melalui apps..

pegi check dgn TM shah alam .. kata boleh dowgrade/uograde asalkan bkn terminate dlm kontrak.. aku tanyalah ..kalau bln Jan2020 bolehke downgrade..dia kata boleh samada di TM poibt/ apss kat henpon
