CariGold Transaction Rules:-
ENGLISH VERSION
NUMBER ONE
If you are a CM :
1-Buy & sell only with CM : It's up to you on who will start first the transaction ( Strongly recommended by CariGold. CariGold will assist you if any fraud happened )
2-Buy & sell with non-CM : Non CM MUST transfer FIRST to CM. ( Your risk here is 3rd party fraud. CariGold will not assist you if any fraud happened.)
If you are a non CM :
1- Buy & sell only with CM : Non-CM MUST start the transaction first. ( Strongly recommended by CariGold. CariGold will assist you if any fraud happened )
2-Buy & sell with non-CM : CariGold strongly did not recommend and guaranteed this type of transaction . ( CariGold will not assist you if any fraud happened.)
Note : This rule apply while you want to make a transaction/dealing in CariGold. You must agreed to follow our security measurement. Otherwise, you have to trade with another person.
WARNING TO CM members : If you are trying to delay any transaction that you've agreed, CariGold without any doubt, will take action against you UNLESS you give us prompt explanation on the cause of the delays.
For example :- You buy E-Gold from non-CM or CM,then after you received the E-Gold, you are trying to delay your payment to them. This kind of attitude is strictly not acceptable by us. Please make the payment soonest possible.
NUMBER TWO:
PLEASE USE ONLY CARIGOLD MESSENGER TO MAKE ANY DEALING/TRANSACTION. FAILING TO DO THIS, CARIGOLD WILL NOT ASSIST/HELP YOU IF ANY FRAUD HAPPENNED.

BE ALERT ALL THE TIME TO CHECK YOUR SELLER/BUYER PROFILES AND COMPARE ALL THEIR EXTRA INFO (IF THEY'RE CM) WITH THE INFORMATION THEY HAD GIVEN TO YOU BEFORE YOU PROCEED ANY TRANSACTION.IF YOU FIND THEIR INFO IS DIFFERENT WITH THE INFO THAT THEY HAVE TOLD YOU, PLEASE STOP THE DEALING IMMEDIATELY. IN SOME CASES, THEIR CARIGOLD ACCOUNT WAS HACKED.
For Example : You want to buy E-gold with CM.Then you want to transfer RM to his Maybank2u account. In his profile, the last 4 digit for his account is 2525. But he told you to transfer to account no 163252965544. STOP THE DEALING PROCESS AND INFORMED ME ASAP at [email protected].

2-Jual Beli dengan Non-CM : Non CM MESTI membuat pindahan terlebih dahulu kepada CM. ( Risiko yang mungkin timbul di sini ialah Risiko 'Penipuan Pihak Ketiga'. CariGold tidak akan membantu anda sekiranya anda ditipu.)

Sikap dan cara ini adalah salah dan dan tidak bertanggungjawab. Sila buat pindahan anda sebelum tindakan susulan diambil ke atas anda.
KEDUA:
ANDA WAJIB MENGGUNAKAN CARIGOLD MESSENGER UNTUK BERKOMUNIKASI DI DALAM MEMBUAT SESUATU TRANSAKSI. KEGAGALAN MEMATUHI PERATURAN INI, CARIGOLD TIDAK AKAN MEMBANTU ANDA SEKIRANYA ANDA DITIPU.
KETIGA
PERIKSA PROFAIL SI PEMBELI/PENJUAL AND BEZAKAN MAKLUMAT YANG TERTERA PADA PROFAIL TERSEBUT (SEKIRANYA SI PENJUAL/PEMBELI AHLI CM) DENGAN MAKLUMAT YANG TELAH MEREKA BERI PADA ANDA SEBELUM MELAKUKAN SEBARANG TRANSAKSI. SEKIRANYA MAKLUMAT TERSEBUT TIDAK BETUL, SILA BERHENTI MELAKUKAN TRANSAKSI DENGAN SEGERA. DALAM SESETENGAH KES YANG PERNAH TERJADI, KEMUNGKINAN AKAUN CARIGOLD SI PENJUAL/PEMBELI TELAH DICEROBOH.
Sebagai Contoh : Anda membeli E-Gold dari CM.Anda ingin memindahkan RM kepada akaun Maybank2u beliau. Dalam profail CM tersebut, 4 digit yang terakhir ialah 2525. Tetapi CM tersebut memberitahu anda supaya melakukan pindahan kepada akaun nombor 163252965544. SILA BERHENTI MELAKUKAN TRANSAKSI DAN ADUKAN PADA SAYA DI [email protected] DENGAN KADAR SEGERA.
