Test Engineer (Test Execution, Test Management)
Skills: HP QC &Test Execution

Responsibility
Identify issues in requirements, design specifications, application architecture and product documentation.
Develop test specifications based on various requirement documents within schedule constraints.
Develop test bed and verify test environments (based on project requirements).
Perform functional and technical test execution activities (automated testing, where applicable) as per project engagement.
Constant communication and follow up with various stakeholders during test planning and execution phases.
Log software application defects (in standard defect management tools) and track it to closure.
Report and update test status promptly and accurately.

Process and Compliance
Good understanding and able to apply test processes laid down within GTM, and/or standards as defined by project and SCB.
Comply with the software quality management practices and policies (defined by QMF).

Customer and Service Focus
Responsive to customer and project needs, as well as managing customer expectations.
Establish a close working rapport with project team to understand issues and risks underlying the project.


Senior Support Analyst
Skills:
Java/JEE, Webmethods 8.x IS, BPM, Tomcat , Oracle 11G, PSS support for java based applications.;Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills

Application Support Analyst
Skills
Working experience in Pega PRPC, BPM applications and PL/SQL;Good to have Working experience in client services domain, SWIFT message understanding; Experience in Support Services

PSS Support
1. CRM domain knowledge, preferably knowledge in Siebel blyOnDemand.
2. Strong troubleshooting skill, and sound experience in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts, MQ and IBM WAS.


Application Support Lead
Working experience in Pega PRPC 5.5, BPM applications, Java/J2EE, UNIX and PL/SQL
Experience in providing Technical Support Services
Good to have : Working experience in client services domai, SWIFT message understanding

Skill

Keja permanent. Kalau projek siap, dia banyak projek lain. Projek kat Obersi pun ade. Ade rezeki boleh apply sebab sy penah cuba projek kat US, dapat tp tengah tie kat projek skrg ni..so xdpt la dia nak nolong...

Selalunya kalau xde projek boleh dok umah gaji jalan. Tapi jarang la terjadi at least sebulan da start projek baru.
