Touch Pad and Touch Styck not working

Salam warge CG semua,

sy ada masalah dengn laptop HP Elitebook 840 G3, window 10 x 64,
suddently touch pad n touch styk x function.

ade sasape tau ni software or hardware problem?

sbb masih ade warranty sy call HP, tp mereka mintak sy update Bios.
ade kaitan ke update bios dengan problm sy ni

harap warga CG semua dpt memberi buah fikiran,

For sure, it's eithier hardware or software problem anyway. If you have warranty you should call to Hewllet Packard, but for now something should be done simply by changing the drivers here. You really should be able to find them on the internet and that's it.
