Well...look. Actually we have 4 settings of editor toolbars in order to support all platforms. We configured each toolbars setting differently based on priority or regular use.

The first layout on desktop (when the editor is at least 900px wide) will showing all options.

The second layout mostly for smaller resolution (when the editor is 575px to 899px wide) will showing lesser. So the Reply page on your device already triggered the second layout and we can't simply add already configured toolbars in second layout.

even in 1366 x 768 resolution, i tweaked those fonts at 8pt in Windows .. so all my window contents will show 8pt as standard

Adjusting font will get your font looks smaller. For eg you can't adjust scaling of text, app and other items in Win10 but it won't get your browser follow any sites responsive styles. It's all about your screen resolution that response against the codes written.

hairan saya .. untuk "new topik" ada full icon list, tapi kalo "reply topik" .. tak serupa macam new topik

Furthermore, ruang di page New Thread lebih luas berbanding di Reply box yg mana already takes up space utk sidebar dan avatar di sebelah editor box. So kalau saiz screen kita kecil sikit akan shrinking up tetapi tidak akan berlaku di screen lebih besar.

betul, bukan macam board lain2 yang saya biasa surf kat luar sana ..CG ada iklan sponsor kat belah kiri, jadi paparan board jadi kecil ..
