Mengikut pengalaman aku plak bila masuk property auction ni, kalau nak senang dpt, masuk bila property tu mula2 masuk auction.
maksudnya bukan auction kali kedua ketiga atau seterusnya...
bila dah auction lebih dr sekali, dah ramai org tau dan lebih ramai bidders akan masuk....
cth yg penah terjadi sendiri pd aku....
1) Condominium Duplex (4 bilik)
- market price: RM300,000.00
- Reserve price (1st auction): RM95,000.00
- Reserve price (2nd auction): RM84,000.00
- Sold at RM 126,000 at 2nd auction...

2) Corner lot single storey (3 Bilik)
- market price: RM150,000.00 (estimated)
- Reserve price (1st auction): RM70,000.00
- Reserve price (2nd auction): RM63,000.00
- Sold at RM 81,000 at 2nd auction...

so apa yg aku blajar, bid utk 1st auction lebih mudah dpt reserve price (kdg2 kena lawan jugak laa)...
