Salam.Nak tanya expert2 komputer disini. Komputer kat office ada problem. Setiap kali saya shutdown windows , komputer akan restart semula. Sebelum ini OK jer. Macam mana nak solve problem ni??

Betul.Terpaksa tutup suis untuk off kan computer.

2. On the Tools menu, click System Configuration Utility.

3. On the General tab, click Advanced.

4. Click to select the Disable Fast Shutdown check box, click OK, and then click OK.

5. Click Yes when you are prompted to restart your computer.

rasanye berkesan sbb munkin ade software konflik yg buat PC tu restart byk kali..pastikan juga ade antivirus..

maybe dah kena trojan..sebelum ni aku dah jumpa pc yang berpenyakit macam ni..last format adalah jalan terbaik..
