Pergh Tuan otai ni xterkejar teman.Ahad lepas teman trian lg LSD,tp strava problem sket.timing xbetul terkejut tgk km4 dan km13 pace 1.30 - 1.49 gile.huhu
Teman tinggal di puchong boh dekat ja,leh la training sama2.ajar tema teknik2 berdesup endurance.
perghhh pace 5 tu ..mantap..sy bleh maintain pace 5 dlm 10km -15 km jer .. nk maintain sampai 21km mental tak kuat, km terakhir ada lawan jugak
aah tn strava problem la, kena carik device selain phone sync to strava...
sy pakai adidas runtastic bertahun ok jer... beralih ke strava sebb mmber ramai yang pakai so terpaksa beralah
sayangnye takde features import data from runstastic to strava, baca dkt forum klu nk import data teknikal sikit, adeh

perghhh pace 5 tu ..mantap..sy bleh maintain pace 5 dlm 10km -15 km jer .. nk maintain sampai 21km mental tak kuat, km terakhir ada lawan jugak
aah tn strava problem la, kena carik device selain phone sync to strava...
sy pakai adidas runtastic bertahun ok jer... beralih ke strava sebb mmber ramai yang pakai so terpaksa beralah
sayangnye takde features import data from runstastic to strava, baca dkt forum klu nk import data teknikal sikit, adeh
kuat bagi motivasi ni buat yg lain
teman mampu pace 5 tu 1KM je paling jauh

smlm pagi buat recovery run 5km,starting mmg strava ada poblem balik.teman off pastu calibrate gps(buat pusingan 8 tu) pastu restart strava ok da kot.pace 7 bang.. 🤭 😁

iyer la tn recovery takkan nk hentak pace 2 hahaha... santai sudah longgarkan muscle yg bekerja keras hr sebelum tu
tn bg strava id nnti sy add @ tn carik eidos 5 , team ni selalu bt LSD...lari ramai2 best jugak hehehe

smlm pagi 5km pagi puasa (isnin/khamis),arini mcm happy hour la pagi nasi lemak tgh hari mkn nasi bungkus.seminggu sekali kira hari utk mkn la hahahah.pastu kontrol intake,mkn nasi petang balik keje je.after 8pm xmkn minum air kosong.tgh hari xmkn,minum air kosong kdg2 minum kopi dgn biskut.berat 70kg bang nk kasi cuts lagi pyh sket.

cuma mmg teman da biasa bulan puasa pun jogging dlm 10km(3-4 kali seminggu) pagi2 lepas solat subuh.running ni hobi,sambil2 utk kesihatan pastu niat jihad.Ada perasan Eidos5 bnyk hebat2 sana LSD pun berdesup,member2 dlm tu mcm regular podium huhu.
