Yes, battery h/p flat out already. Dah penat dia keje dari pagi
tadi. I'm quite amazed actually with this Android CSL Spice
phone ni. Sebelum ni dah try macam2 - HTC, Samsung, Nokia,Sony
Ericsson, etc. Kebanyakannya hancur bila drop. Nak buat camna
kita anak ramai 7 orang. Lagi2 baby yg setahun setengah tu tgh
ligat kat rumah. Bought this CSL Spice for my son actually.
Bila phone HTC tu kong sebab terjatuh hari tu I sent it for
repairs. Sementara tu I used this CSL Spice temporarily sebab
belum lagi bagi pada anak tu.

It turned out the HTC phone mmg kong habis - tak boleh nak
repair langsung. A bit busy so tak sempat nak beli phone baru
and I kept using this CSL Spice until today. Dah dekat 6
bulan jugak ni pakai dan dah 3 kali jatuh but still OK. Mula2
dulu org pandang semacam jugak - bawak handphone cikai dalam
meeting. Org lain bawak Galaxy Note, iPad, iPhone, Samsung Nexus,
kita pakai yg cikai je. Buat tak kisah je as long as it works.
Surprisingly it works fine. Dah merata tempat bawak for the
last 6 months. So don't underestimate a "Made-in-Malaysia" product.

Setakat ni tak ada lagi walaupun ada kawan2 dari Singapore yg mengajak sekali, mostly Chinese. But the way they talk about Iskandar Malaysia ni macam dah jadi part of Singapore pulak. Apa nak buat. Ramai org politik yg dah kenyang kat situ. Depan Tuhan nanti jawab la sendiri . Tapi kesian la kat org Johor, they deserve better.

Kalau ikut Sample Letter 1 kat dalam 300K Manual tu you only ask for more information on the product. NEVER ask for price quotation (FOB or whatever) in that first letter. Reason for doing that - we don't want you to be in a situation like this (supplier putting pressure on you asking for CNF,CIF price when you don't have a buyer yet). We want to buy you some time while you start looking for a buyer. That's why you only ask for more info in the first letter, nothing else

You have already skipped a step here. Please follow the steps one by one. They are there for a reason.

Right now there is nothing much you can do becoz you don't have a buyer yet. The only thing you can do now is look for a buyer and ask him for the details especially the destination port. This might take time and your supplier might pressure you more. Either you just let this supplier go or come up with a reasonable excuse for the delay.

If your company is a sole-proprietor company/pemilik tunggal/enterprise then whatever income generated by your company is considered as your personal income and would be taxed by LHDN accordingly. Mmg la kena declare pada LHDN. Tapi kita boleh tolak/deduct certain things as business expenses or as cost of doing business - sewa, gaji pekerja, etc.


Kalau your company ni Sdn Bhd then whatever income generated by your company is considered as the company's income and is separate from your personal income. The company is by itself a separate tax entity. Tapi every year Sdn Bhd kena submit yearly audited reports. Sole-prop company tak perlu buat begitu.


Paling senang sekali buat GPC pakai sole-prop company. My GPC business sampai hari ni masih lagi bawah sole-prop company, dah berbelas tahun tu. I don't see any need to change it to a Sdn Bhd just yet. Maybe sebab my GPC payments semuanya direct ke Bahamas. My GPC company here is just a shell with minimum transactions.


Kalau salah tolong betulkan, I'm not a lawyer or an accountant
