We have a few companies there in Bahamas acting as investment
holding companies. Each has its own current account which we
can access through Internet banking. Personal account kat
Bahamas .... tu rahsia

Selalunya suppliers tak kisah bila kita mintak hantarkan payment
ke Bahamas or even to the US(Delaware). Just tell them the
payment is going to another company which is part of the group.

Or we can even tell them that the company here in Malaysia is
infact a subsidiary and the Bahamas company is the parent company.
Lots of businesses do that. As long as the request is done formally
(ada hitam putih) then most suppliers should have no problem
with that. Mungkin kita rasa pelik tapi dalam international
business it's nothing new.

Tapi bila business transaction/payment for a company nak ditukar
masuk ke akaun personal then THAT looks fishy. Bukan setakat kat
Singapore je. Infact all over the world people will question you
if a business payment goes into a personal account. Nampak macam
kickback/rasuah.

bro bear kalau di Malaysia current account untuk sole proprietorship lagi mahal/susah/cukai ke dari Singapore/Bahamas?

Very true. Saya perhatikan dari dulu lagi ramai budak2 Melayu
takut nak buat bisnes GPC ni sebab takut English dia org tak
"power". From what I can see sebenarnya they are using that as
an excuse to cover their own insecurities/rasa rendah diri.

It's true. In many cases the supplier or buyer punya English is
actually lagi teruk dari kita. Jadi tak payah takut atau nak
tunggu sampai English kita "power" baru nak buat. Selagi kita
boleh paham lebih kurang teruskan buat bisnes GPC ni. Sambil tu
jangan la duduk diam je. Try to improve your English - go to
night class or weekend class.

Si Nabil masa first time jumpa saya dulu dia cakap English
slang Jawa. Tapi dia tak stop. Dia tahu yg dia lemah dlm
English so he took English classes. Kita bukannya nak cakap
English macam Queen Elizabeth. Communication English is a
lot simpler. Dari pengalaman saya if you can pass English
at SPM punya level, it is good enough. Tapi try to improve
la , jangan la dok takat tu je sampai bila2.

But one thing is a fact. Suppliers and buyers jarang sangat call
kita. Selalunya dia call pun just nak pastikan yg nombor phone
kita tu betul ke tidak. Kalau ada org angkat phone tu kat sini
dan confirmkan yg phone number ni belongs to XYZ Global Resources
then it's good enough for them.

ask for raw material for kilang diorang...

so la nie... patutkah kita bagi 2-3 supplier pada buyer tu
&
lagi satu...patutkah kita bagi 1 customer tu pada ketiga-tiga supplier sekaligus...

sebagai info...buat masa ni...1 supplier sudah aggreed dgn terms agreement kita as a consultant & business cooperation...another 2-3 supplier still review the agreement term...

Give 5 or more buyer to our supplier.. that is our advantage dan akan membina kita punya kredibiliti...

Give 5 or more Supplier (off course yg dah authorize for our consultant fee) to 1 buyer... this advantage that buyer choice is on our side (pasti akan dapat fee dengan cara ni...)

That is i'm doing now... cuma belom cukup syarat (buyer and supplier blom cukup lagi) tunggu for cukup baru saya TAKE ACTION..haha..

Klau ada yg tak betul harap dapat teman2 or abg bear boleh betulkan or komen...
