hcl (full name: hcl axon) is the training provider assign by mdec to train us.
anyway my fren was in IT background. basically abaper would only be selected from those in IT field. but for other area, like functional, everyone can join without prior experience. but of course they would select people that they think can 'handle' the thing, like someone with training or cert.
of course i think people would job hopping when they think the new place is better. higher pay comes with more responsibilities, n lots more thing to learn.
