1st step tgk lampu dsl berkelip atau stable atau xder langsung.

-berkelip laju = line OK
-stable = idle
-xder langsung = modem x sync dgn dslam (makna nyer xder line la tu)

2nd step (assume line stable)
-kalo kuar error camtu biasanya laptop x dpt DHCP address dari modem
-kalo nak confirm pegi run - type CMD enter
-kuar satu kotak itam type ipconfig
-kalo laptop dapat DHCP address biasanyer result nyer camnie :-

- pegi ctrl panel ---> network connection ---> manage adapter ----> right click kat wifi adapter -----> properties ----> tcp-ip v4 -----> isi network particular macam kat atas----> tambah dns guna 8.8.8.8 (primary) 8.8.4.4 (secondary)then save. insyallah ok.

abaikan step aku tu. now the main problem ko ialah line kat umah ko tu sgt lemah /low. call la 100.
