Salam perkenalan, sy dh buka thread organo gold d MLM tempatan. Jika berminat bole brtanya d sana. Pelancaran sykt d tunda k 16 Jun insyaALlah. Skrg dh boleh pre-register dgn byrn rm80 n beli produk sampel rm25 sektk tanpa CV utk kita rasa n bg pd prospek utk rasa. Yg bestnya kopi organo ni kategori harga pasaran biasa walaupun MLM iaitu sepaket rm1.17 black coffe, rm1.75 cafe latte n rm2.80 cafe mocha/hot choc.

Aku dah try kopi dia... rasa sedap.... tapi takut nak join..... market kopi kan dah macam2.... kopi jantan, mahkota dewa, smartherbs, etc....

Aku rasa barang senang laku tapi sebenarnya sekejap je kalau jual runcit. Focus nak kaya mesti cari orang ngan modal besar RM 3k , Rm 1.3k atau RM 530. Kalau tidak mana boleh dapat jadi diamond income beribu2 kalau jual runcit sahaja. Katakan sekotak untung Rm 10 kena jual kat 100 org untuk dpat seribu kalau 1 orang ambil satu kotak. huhu.

Aku rasa yang akan menang ialah leader2 yang baru masuk sebab keje diorang memang convince org je....

Nak tanya ada korang ada kenal ke Jutawan kopi Mahkota Dewa ke Smart Herb ke?? Huhu

Saya terbaca artikel ini yg mmbuatkan saya faham MLM ni dan impaknya kepada diri kita, pandangan kita terhadap career ini.
The MLM Stigma

Recently I went for a business meeting and as usual parties attending the meeting will try to break the ice by chatting about everyday stuff like the weather etc before the meeting actually starts. After jumping from one topic to another one of the guys from the other company actually asked me if the company I’m attached to is an MLM (i.e. Multi Leve
l Marketing) company or to some people known as networking company. Since I’m in Malaysia the most common term used is MLM.

So when I replied that our company is NOT an MLM he immediately heaved a sigh of relief to show that he is so relieved that he doesn’t have to sit through that meeting with people from an MLM company.

Now I wonder why is that in Malaysia, MLM companies has acquired a stigma?

I guess it all started after the birth and collapse of “skim pak man telo”…now if anyone reading this is not from Malaysia “skim pak man telo” is basically a “Get Rich Quick” Scam that a lot of people from the late 80s or early 90s (can’t really remember because I was still pretty young then ) fell into and lost their savings up to hundreds of thousands of ringgit.

Of course since then there were also some MLM companies that were set up that are legitimate but didn’t last very long and again resulted in those investing in it losing their money when the MLM company shuts down.There are also stories of MLM leaders taking money of their downlines and disappeared; which of course the MLM company where the disappearing leader attached to gets the heat from the angry downlines who have lost their money. So I can understand why people are very skeptical of MLM companies.

However…

People need to be educated on what MLM really is. Now I’m not an expert on this subject, I didn’t carry out any research or prepare a thesis on the subject matter and I don’t have any extra alphabets at the start of my name. This is purely my own thoughts and based on common sense (well atleast I hope its common):-

(1) We need to know what exactly is MLM i.e. Multi Level Marketing. As the name suggests it is a multi-tiered form of marketing. The way I see it a lot of companies one way or another practices multi level marketing especially those that appoint agents (individual/company) to promote and sell their products. The appointing company will have to pay commissions to the agent. Now that’s similar to MLM right?

Okay…okay..you may now say that is just 2 tiers there so its not really MLM. Now lets discuss this further…what if the agent then got himself a sub-agent? And what if the 1st sub-agent then got its own sub-agent? Then this 2nd sub-agent found himself its own sub-agent and…okay you got the idea right? So that’s MLM if you ask me although the main company could be a chocolate company or sandwich company or an ice cream company (you readers already know one thing about me based on the examples i gave -that I lurveeeee to eat!! hehehehe)

(2) MLM for any type of company is a very smart way of marketing! Why? I’ll tell you why. Lets look at a conventional company that does things the conventional way. You need to employ marketing/sales executives to do the marketing for you. If you want your product/service to become well known in the market fast resulting in high revenue you need to employ a lot of executives. Firstly – the salaries of your employees that you pay will reduce the profit that you make. Secondly – the money that you fork out to pay your employees may be more than the money that comes in (this what happens when you have crappy sales people…trust me I’ve gone through it at my own expense sob…sob…sob… ).

BUT thats not the case with MLM…

MLM companies can have multiple people to market their product/services without having to pay out any money to begin with. They only pay the commissions to their agents when sales are actually made hence enabling them to pay the commission..THATS BRILLIANT!!

A question I’d like to ask: If you are running a company wouldn’t you choose to do marketing the MLM way for your company?

So my parting words – before we judge MLM companies or the people who are attached to MLM companies; lets try understand what they represent, give them a chance and keep and open mind.
