Hari ni saya guna untuk topup bulan ke-3. Mula-mula topup saya buat BROADBAND SKMM & hantar ke 28882

Dah macam nak mengamuk bila tiba-tiba celcom cakap simkad dah expired sebab dah lebih grace period 50 sedangkan bulan ke-2 saya dah topup.

Lepas tu beberapa kali saya ulangi proses di atas. Sehingga keluar pula SMS ini :

mengikut pendapat aku , tarikh 28/1/2012 tu ialah tarikh akhir subscribe .. jadi bro boleh guna sampai 28/1/2012 .

kalau tarikh topup , nak check taip 'bal' hantar ke 2888

bro sy dah taip bal ke 2888 dia kata balance 015****** rm0.00, valid until 28/12/2011. tarif plan data only. skng aku x topup lg tp still blh online..nak aku topup ke x ni? tolong2..

kalau camtu jgn topup lg, boleh guna 50 hari lg bermula dr tarikh 28/12/2011 sblum kena potong line hr ke 51, so topup paling lewat 16/2/2012 (genap 50 hari) tp x digalakkan takut lupa nk topup. try topup rm5 je dulu utk lanjutkan tarikh jgn langgan dulu tgk boleh surf lg x... kalau boleh surf rezeki. kalau x leh surf kena tambah topup lg rm20 utk langgan.

bro sim tu hanya x detect bila masuk dlm broadband je...bila masuk dalam telefon siap full bar lagi celcom.dah 2 sim kena mcm ni.adakah pihak celcom cuba putuskan line cozz umur dah lebih 25?aku nk tukar sim kat celcom pun serba salah ....ada idea x?

apsal nko terbalik plak dengan aku ni..aku masuk dlm hp kadang simcard failed or no service kang masuk dlm modem ok plak..

aku rasa celcom dah mula betul kan sistem dia ni..ikut betul2 rule 800mb then caps/thorttle :-?
