1) legal fees (2-2 lawyer) = rm4k. br byr rm2k (x termasuk kos transfer nama: rm5k++)
2) 10% deposit - just byr rm2k dl (balance after wdraw epf)
3) Valuer - rm570
4) byr developer utk admin fees - rm500 (nie aku tatau utk aper. ader saper2 tau???)
5)skang kena byr sewa umah dibeli sbb blom settle sepenuhnya..sib baik owner ok..but maintenance byr sendirik
waaa...bengkok gak nih...lps ni tatau lg kos2 aper lg perlu tanggung... nk kuar epf pon kena tunggu DOA...abis duit simpan aku...
