1. Lead Stationary Equipment Inspector
Educational Requirements:
Good working knowledge of English language. (Speak, Read and Write).
A Mechanical /Metallurgical Engineering degree.
API certification in API 510, 570 and 653.
AWS / CSWIP 3.1 certification or equivalent.
ASNT level II in RT PT, UT and MT.
Work Experience:
Minimum work experience of 15 years of plant equipment inspection in a Petrochemical, Oil& Gas plant. Atleast 7 years of this experience shall be after the date of API certification
Experience in NDT and welding is necessary requirement.
Working experience & good knowledge in piping fabrication, metallurgy and welding.
Good work experience & inspection knowledge of Columns, exchangers, vessels, tanks etc.
Shall be able to read, understand and draw sketches/ drawings, engineering drawings,
isometrics, PID’s to show inspection findings and also familiar with the use of applicable codes and standards, e.g. API, ASTM, ASNT, ASME, NACE AWS etc.
Working experience in Shutdown and turnaround will be preferred.
Typical plant experience will be an added advantage.
Shall be physically fit to carry out the required inspection.
2. Welding inspectors
Educational Requirements:
Good working knowledge of English language. (Speak, Read and Write).
Engineering degree / Diploma.
AWS / CSWIP 3.1 certification or equivalent.
ASNT level II in RT//PT and MT.
Excellent communication skills.
Work Experience:
Minimum work experience of 8-10 years in the field of fabrication knowledge of each welding process and its application.
Experience in selecting welding procedures
Sound Knowledge on metallurgy and the applicable fabrication codes
Through knowledge reading piping isometrics.
Job Responsibilities (But Not Limited to).
Review and approve all ITP related to piping jobs
Co-ordinate with contractor QA/QC personnel from contractor.
Carry out inspection as per the approved ITP.
Confirm all NDT is done as per the approved ITP.
Witness hydrotest.

Certify the job on completion of all inspection activities
Highlight to RLOC personnel for any deficiencies during the execution..
3. Piping Inspector for CUI
Educational Requirements:
Good working knowledge of English language. (Speak, Read and Write).
A Mechanical /Metallurgical Engineering degree / Diploma.
API certification in API 570. API 510 will be an added advantage
AWS / CSWIP 3.1 certification or equivalent.
ASNT level II in RT PT, UT and MT.

Work Experience:
Minimum work experience of 15 years for overhauling of rotating equipment such as Steam turbines and centrifugal compressors in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas plant..
Ethylene plant experience will be an added advantage.
