Job Title Service Desk
Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting the Help Desk Services organization to ensure services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations.
• Receives and responds to customer problems, issues, and requests.
• Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents.
• Help other support team members to resolve urgent/outstanding issues.
• Act as a contact point between Helpdesk Operations and Other teams.
• Assist supervisor to provide report to the management.
• Job is performed with minimal supervision.

Job Title Testing Developer
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop Testing strategy, training plan and training design.
• Preparing Testing status for management reporting
• Creating test scripts & testing data
• Execute testing
• Liaise with Application team for system functionality validation and confirmation

Job Title ATG Developer
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and implement Oracle WebCenter Sites for web-based and mobile based (browser-based) application
• Design and implement integration of Oracle WebCenter Sites with Oracle WebCenter Portal and ATG
• Create functional design deliverables (including page-flow, wireframes, publishng workflow business logic, validations, etc.)
• Manage requirement confirmation & design workshops
• Perform System Testing on the web-based application
• Support SIT / UAT testing & to perform bug fix
• Perform code build and deployment of the completed codes into the development and testing environment

Programmer / Developer

 Provide technical expertise & support for the Billing application platform.
 Design and develop implementation scripts to support the deployment of builds and patches
 Perform code build and deployment of the completed codes into the development and testing environment
 Involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, performance measurements, setting expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project and budget and timetable
 Provide second and third level troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production related incidents in accordance to the Service Level Agreements
 Provide root cause analysis and resolution of production related incidents in accordance to the Service Level Agreements
 Participate in Production Operations Support including Application Monitoring, Maintenance and Restoration activities

Requirement
•Degree holder in IT/Computer science
•CGPA 2.9 and above
•Must have proficient English writing & oral communication skills
