Job Type: Contract
Compensation: 6 / 12 months contract with option for permanent before term expired
Responsibilities:
• Experienced in administering large-scale and complex LAN and WAN network, transmission and routing protocol
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Working experience with intrusion prevention systems, firewall, scanning tools, mail protection, endpoint and server protection
• Proactively assesses potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the network
• Ensure that operational processes and controls are in place and functioning as needed
• ICT Infrastructure & Business Strategy, Blueprint and Roadmap
• Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure. Constantly seeking for innovative solutions and feeding them back to the businesses
• To design and proposed IT Security Policy, IT Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), IT Audit, Business Continuity, Incident Response, Risk Management and Disaster Recovery Plan
• To design and propose
1. Service Level Agreement.
2. Annual Maintenance Contract
3. Helpdesk and Problem Management.
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 6 years technical IT security or related experience
• Formal IT qualification – ITSM, ITIL, CISM, CEH, CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, MCSP, RHCE is required and/or any Certification of equivalent level
• Sound knowledge of security standards such as ISO/IEC27001, BS25999, NIST and ISM3 as well as of IT frameworks such as CobiT, eTOM
• Excellence written and verbal communication skills knowledge of relevant security related areas including : Windows, Linux, Networks, Telecommunications, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, IPS and /or LDAP knowledge of security software, databases and client server technology and applications Project management skills
• Healthcare/Financial Services Industry experience preferred
