i'm not trying to make bad comments about honda service here but better listen to my story first.. i bought my new honda city 2009 last may.. with good condition. But after second service ( 5000 km ) the SRS airbag indicator light turned up even while the engine is running.. i went to 'kosmo kars' in glenmerrie where i bought this car to settle this matter.. to my disappoitment, they cant do anything even after 4 times i went there; they only keep on checking, and checking, and checking my car without finding solutions to the matter and/or replacing anything and dont even care that i had gone there for 4 times (which definitely wasting my time and my petrol).. i also have made a few phone calls to honda hq in PJ but they only treat me after the second complaint.. now my car millage is 7+++ km, with SRS airbag prob, which i'm scared if it suddenly blow while driving or fail to function when needed..i dont know if i can trust honda anymore. I dont know where to go to solve my problems.. me and my family feel so worried about this. Anybody having same problem please share/ answer this post...

HONDA CITY which I had acknowledge that my car is not very comfort and feel very bumpy and Flooding on the road when moving But it never been SOLVED and Never plan to solve either by Old klang road Service centre representive.

I just got my Honda CITY a 6 month ago but one thing I very disappointed that



1) My CVT gear box got noise like air plain.

2) Car stalled on the road, my engine sound like a lorry on steroids.

3) Seem like the suspension of the car not working and does not response at ALL

4) Car tires have alignment problems ?

5) Turn around at the corners and U-turns/90 deg with the Honda City's NOT trusted steering ability and high possible can cost accident


anybody have same feeling as mine ?????????

My NHC dah kena mcm ni last month. The problem is 1 part dlm stering nak kena tukar. Mula2 airbag sign come out, lepas tu hon tak bunyi & after 2 weeks paddle shift tak fungsi. 1 fuse untuk these item dah rosak. I buat kat honda service kuantan.

i called honda SC at sri damansara to make an appointment to do my 65k service this morning
that person who pick up my phone told me the service centre line is engaged
he asked me to leave my phone number and number plate and they will call me back later
as usual,they didnt call me back until now

services at honda SC really disappointed
my battery is totally flatted out but they didnt realise this at all!!
in the service checklist it listed there n they should check it

just sharing my bad experience with honda......

bagus ka honda? aku rasa sama saja... aku bukan nak back-up mana2, tapi keta ni kalo beli nasib tak baik. macam harem la dapatnya. tambahan pula owner mangkaq...
